Paul Kemp is the founder of Invicta IP Ltd. He is a Chartered Patent Attorney, a European Patent Attorney and a Designs Attorney, fully qualified, regulated and insured. He is a Member of the International Liaison Committee and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA). As a professional lawyer, he takes pride in the quality of his work and ensures that the interests of his clients are paramount.
Paul can be found on the Register of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), on the List of Professional Representatives of the European Patents Institute (EPI) and in the Database of the EU IPO (previously known as the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM, or OAMI)).
Now based in Orpington in the London Borough of Bromley, Paul has been providing patent advice and services to businesses for over 30 years. His clients have ranged from local SMEs to multinational corporations, as well as private inventors, academic institutions, and leading London Law firms.
